The April wind
does cartwheels in pink
revolution of joy
The moment
the clock disappears from the wall
what wall?
The empty branches
think about what is to come
a winged choir

Haiku
Cherry blossoms -
scented calligraphy
in pink
A pearl in the night sky
a strand of stars
scatter
Feasting on oranges
with the king
Heaven on earth
The weeping
willow
where I once read
letters from home
The pine-
tree
gracefully accepts snow
winter's friend
Succulent peach
too quickly
the petals fall
He presents me with
a basket of apricots
before dawn
The butterfly
presses its wings together
beauty, bliss
The peach tree is bare
the monkey
rubs his hands
The fertile hare
gazes at the moon
glowing
The gecko pounces
on the unsuspecting
tapestry
The wind
ushers in
cicada's songs
The bee settles on the peony
the suitor
p
ins
his corsage
